eufy Omni S2

The 12-in-1 dock is real: auto-empty, hot-water mop wash, hot-air drying, detergent dispensing and onboard water refill. Those features come with a larger failure surface, and with a roller mop eufy suggests replacing every two months at $26.99, about $160 a year.

Position shows where the figure sits across the tracked category, not a quality judgment. Suction in Pascals has no standard test method, and the published figure is a peak-mode claim, so it is comparable only within a brand and generation.

OWNERSHIP

Living with it.

January 2026 ship date limits field evidence; 12-in-1 dock is mechanically novel with unproven long-term durability.

Related eufy flagships show solid navigation stability but occasional dock water-seal and heating-element failures after 12+ months. Omni S2 dock architecture is new; firmware maturity unknown.

Weekly52×/yr
Refill the station's 3.0 L clean water tank and empty the 2.0 L dirty tank; rinse the dirty tank rather than just tipping it.
Monthly12×/yr
Rinse the wash tray under the roller and clear hair from the roller brush and brush guard.
Seasonal4×/yr
Replace the filter set and the water tank filter; swap the side brushes when the bristles splay ($21.99 for two pairs).

Replace the roller mop ($26.99), which is eufy's suggested interval and the largest recurring cost on the machine. · Replace the dust bag when the station reports it full, and the roller brush and brush guard when the brush is worn ($26.99). · Empty both tanks and let the wash tray dry, so standing water does not sit in the station.

CautionDock water system pressure: Water lines are pressurized during hot-wash cycles; inspect annually for pinhole leaks.

NoteHot surface on dock heating element: Dock exterior heats during active cycles; supervise children around dock area.

Common questions

What people actually ask.

6 answered
OperationDoes the eufy Omni S2 require a water supply line connection?
No. The UniClean station carries its own tanks, 3.0 L clean and 2.0 L dirty, and filling and emptying them by hand is how the product is meant to run, not a degraded fallback. Plumbing is available only if you add the separate Auto Refill and Drainage System (T210L110), sold as its own SKU and in a bundle. Nothing about the base product needs a supply line or a drain.
OwnershipWhat is the annual dock consumable cost for the Omni S2?
eufy’s published replacement parts are the roller mop at $26.99, suggested every two months, the roller brush and brush guard at $26.99, side brushes at $21.99 for two pairs, filter sets, a dust bag and a water tank filter. The full official accessory kit runs about $100. On eufy’s own two-month suggestion the roller mop alone is around $160 a year, which is the largest recurring line.
CompatibilityCan the Omni S2 dock operate without Wi-Fi or app?
Dock can run in local-only mode; wash scheduling and consumable status alerts require the eufy app.
OperationHow does CleanMind AI learn obstacles on the Omni S2?
Multi-camera 3D capture during mapping identifies furniture and obstacles. Firmware updates improve obstacle library; no user training required.
OperationWhat happens if the Omni S2 dock loses power mid-wash cycle?
Cycle halts; mop remains in dock. Manual intervention needed to resume, and the wash cycle restarts from the beginning.
OperationDoes the Omni S2 dock auto-dispense detergent with each wash?
Yes, when reservoir is filled. Quantity is manufacturer-default; no user adjustment in current firmware.

Embed the Autonomy Ladder™ mark or copy the citation. The mark is served from this record rather than saved as a file, so it always shows the level we currently hold. If we reassess, it updates on your page by itself.

  • The mark must link to this record. An unlinked mark is not authorised.
  • No recolouring, cropping, rotating, restyling, or re-typesetting. Scale proportionally only, up to 2×: the seal to 536px wide, the standard to 224px.
  • Leave clear space equal to half the numeral tile on all sides: 32px on the seal, 22px on the standard.
  • The mark states a classification, not an endorsement. It may not appear beside language implying Robovations recommends, rates, or approves the product.
  • Hot-link the image from robovations.com. Do not download, self-host, proxy or re-upload it: a saved copy stops updating, and a mark that has stopped updating is a claim we no longer stand behind.
