eufy Omni S1 Pro

Mopping is the whole argument for this machine: a 290 mm roller that water jets rinse and a squeegee wrings continuously while it works, and a station that disinfects it with ozonated water made from tap water and dries it with 131F air. Vacuum suction is rated 8,000 Pa, mid-range for the price. The square chassis and extending side brush are aimed at corners, though no independent measurement of that could be located.

OWNERSHIP

Living with it.

Recent release with limited longitudinal data. Early owner reports emphasize mop cleaning and ozone novelty; dock ozone-cartridge and water-heating reliability remain unproven over extended use.

Owner base spans approximately 4-6 months of real-world use as of mid-2026. Navigation is stable; LiDAR algorithm is proven across eufy's product line. Ozone cartridge reliability and mop-pad wear under ozone treatment are early-stage observations. Water heating element has not been widely stress-tested across seasons.

Safety notes

CautionOzone exposure during mop cycles: Ozone is released during dock cycles. Avoid prolonged inhalation; position dock in well-ventilated areas. Users with respiratory conditions should consult a physician.

NoteHot-water heating element in dock: Dock water heating reaches approximately 130-140F. Position dock away from children and pets; allow cooling time before manual maintenance.

Common questions

What people actually ask.

5 answered
OperationHow does the ozone sanitization work, and is it safe around children and pets?
The station has an ozone generator built into its clean water tank. It makes ozonated water from ordinary tap water and uses it to rinse and disinfect the mop roller inside the base station. eufy’s safety article on the feature describes it in those terms and gives no waiting period before people or pets return to a cleaned room. Owners who would rather not run it can turn it off in the eufy Clean app, and anyone with a specific respiratory condition should raise it with their doctor.
OperationCan the ozone system be disabled, or does it run on every mop cycle?
It can be disabled. eufy states the eufy Clean app provides an option to deactivate the feature, and the rest of the station’s cycle works without it. Nothing is bought or replaced either way: the ozone is generated in the station from tap water.
OperationWhat does the station consume, and what has to be replaced?
The station’s consumables are the 2.5 L dust bag, the mop roller, the vacuum filter and detergent. There is no ozone cartridge; the generator sits in the clean water tank and works from tap water, so the sanitization system has no recurring cost.
ComparisonWhy is the Omni S1 Pro square rather than round, and does the shape improve coverage?
eufy pairs the square chassis with an extending side brush it calls Precision Corner to Edge Clean, on the argument that a corner is easier to reach with a flat leading edge. No independent test measuring corner pickup on this machine against a round robot could be located, so the claim rests on design intent rather than published results.
OperationDoes the Omni S1 Pro work on multi-floor homes, and does it retain separate maps?
Yes, the robot supports multiple floor maps via the app. LiDAR navigation stores separate mappings; the robot can be carried between floors and will recall the correct map. Dock relocation to a new floor requires the robot to be physically moved; the dock does not need re-initialization.
