eufy Omni E25

A premium-tier vacuum-mop combining LiDAR navigation with wet-mop capability. The HydroJet motorized roller mop simplifies pad management compared to cloth-pad designs. Strong on versatility; reliability and long-term maintenance patterns still establishing themselves in market.

OWNERSHIP

Living with it.

LiDAR navigation established; wet-mop dock systems new to tier.

LiDAR SLAM hardware is field-proven on mid-tier eufy models. Wet-mop dock and motorized roller are fresh integration; early owner reports note occasional motor noise but no widespread failures. Limited dataset due to July 2025 launch; 6-month warranty covers dock mechanical parts.

Safety notes

CautionDock water spillage risk: Tank pressurizes during refill cycles. Improper seating or overfill can drip under dock.

NoteRoller mop entanglement: Motorized roller spins at 200+ rpm. Keep cables and pet fur clear of dock.

NoteLiDAR eye safety: 905 nm wavelength classified safe for household use per standard compliance.

Common questions

What people actually ask.

5 answered
OperationHow often do I need to top up the station on the eufy Omni E25?
The station refills the robot itself between passes, so there is no mid-run handling. The owner tops up the station’s clean-water tank, empties the 1.8 L wastewater tank and swaps the 3 L dust bag. eufy rates the bag at up to 75 days and the detergent reservoir at up to 6 months, and puts the system at roughly 68 to 75 days of hands-free running.
OperationDoes the Omni E25 handle stairs or thick carpets without traction loss?
LiDAR mapping detects and avoids stairs to prevent falls. On carpet the HydroJet roller lifts 10.5 mm clear automatically, so wet mopping does not reach the pile; independent testing measured 88% deep-clean pickup and 93% pet hair removal. Pile deeper than that 10.5 mm lift sits above what the mechanism clears.
OperationWhat happens if I move the Omni E25 to a different floor or home layout?
The eufy app supports Multi Level Maps: several floor maps are stored and the robot recognizes which one it is on. Moving between levels needs no map deletion and no rescan. A layout change on one stored floor is handled by editing or re-running that map, not by wiping the set.
OwnershipIs the HydroJet roller washable or consumable?
It is a single motorized roller, not a pair of cloth pads. The robot scrapes and re-wets it 120 times a minute during a run, and the station washes it and dries it with 95 to 122 F air afterward. eufy publishes no replacement interval and no replacement price for the roller.
OperationHow does the Omni E25 perform on hardwood floors without leaving streaks?
HydroJet motorized roller dispenses water and rolls for wet-mop action. Proper water-to-cycle ratio (set in app) reduces streaking. Owner reports indicate acceptable results on sealed hardwood with moderate water settings.

  • No recolouring, cropping, rotating, restyling, or re-typesetting. Scale proportionally only, up to 2×: the seal to 536px wide, the standard to 224px.
  • Leave clear space equal to half the numeral tile on all sides: 32px on the seal, 22px on the standard.
  • The mark states a classification, not an endorsement. It may not appear beside language implying Robovations recommends, rates, or approves the product.
  • Hot-link the image from robovations.com. Do not download, self-host, proxy or re-upload it: a saved copy stops updating, and a mark that has stopped updating is a claim we no longer stand behind.
