Yes. Roborock’s specification for this model states it recognizes up to four different levels in the home automatically, with no extra docks and no manual setup. The robot is placed on the floor and identifies which level it is on.
OperationHow often does the mop roller need replacing?
This is a Flow model: it mops with a single self-washing roller rather than a pair of pads. The dock rinses the roller during the run and washes and dries it afterward, so there is nothing to swap between uses. Replace the roller when the pile is visibly worn or it stops holding water evenly.
OperationCan it handle thick rugs with the mop attached?
The mop does not have to be removed. Roborock states the roller lifts by up to 15mm when carpet is detected, specifically so carpeted areas are not wet mopped, and the robot resumes mopping when it returns to hard floor. Pile deeper than 15mm is the case to check before running.
