HowToGeek reports the rotating mop arm "doesn't get cleaned" because the pad rides on top of the robot and has no station to be washed in, so the owner washes it between runs, which breaks the self-service-between-runs condition. PureWow, testing tile, hardwood and low-pile rug, says it "didn't pick up every single hair from my low-pile carpet" and that a complete clean still needed a second pass with a stick vacuum.
