TechRadar's hands-on review found the auto-empty dock handles dirt between runs into a 4-liter bag that 'should last for months', but summed the mop up as 'not worth the effort', with wipes 'simply dragged over the surface with no real pressure behind them' and the result 'really no more than a very light clean'. The Ambient adds that fitting and removing the disposable pad 'is still a hassle' and it is 'far from a true mopping solution', so a person loads a fresh wipe for every mopping run.
