Digital Reviews Network's live-in test found the dock's self-emptying "more miss than hit": after a full vacuum of one floor the owner had to flip the robot over and fish clumps out with his fingers, or "the Qrevo S's suction gets worse and worse until it basically stops working". The same review notes it cannot tell whether it emptied itself, nor whether the floor is actually clean, and has to be told to run a second pass.

OperationCan I upgrade the Qrevo S to have the FlexiArm later?

No. FlexiArm is part of the Qrevo Master’s robot, not its dock: an extending side brush and an extending right-hand mop pad, both mounted on the chassis. No Roborock dock carries an arm or an arm connector, and there is no accessory that retrofits the mechanism to a Qrevo S.

OperationDo the rotating pads in the Qrevo S wear as fast as the Master?

Yes, wear is identical. Both use the same dual-pad motor and replacement schedule. Quarterly swaps on pet homes are standard for both models.

OperationHow does the Qrevo S handle apartment living with a dock?

The all-in-one dock is roughly 13.4 inches wide and about 19 inches deep. It is tank-fed rather than plumbed: a removable 5 liter clean water tank supplies the robot and a dirty water tank is emptied by hand, so no drain line or water supply connection is involved. It needs a power outlet and clear floor space in front of the dock.

OperationIs the Qrevo S worth the savings over the Qrevo Master?

The Master adds FlexiArm and higher suction, 10,000 Pa against 7,000 Pa, at roughly double the price of the S. FlexiArm extends the side brush and the right-hand mop pad toward walls, so the case for it rests on how much of a home is edge and corner work rather than open floor.

CompatibilityDoes the Qrevo S support the same app features as the Master?

They share the Roborock app, mapping, zone cleanup, and voice integration, but Roborock builds firmware per model and the two do not run the same binary. The hardware difference is in the robot rather than the dock: 7,000 Pa suction on the S against 10,000 Pa on the Master, plus the Master’s FlexiArm extending side brush and mop pad.
