StarSight is a solid-state design with no moving parts, reducing mechanical failure risk. Mapping accuracy is equivalent to rotating LiDAR per manufacturer specs and owner reports. The trade-off is no measurable range advantage; both technologies support Level III conditional autonomy.
OperationDoes the Qrevo Slim fit under my bed if it is 8 inches off the ground?
Yes. The robot is 8.2cm (3.23 inches) tall, so an 8 inch (20.3cm) gap leaves roughly 12cm of clearance. Measure the lowest point of the frame rather than the mattress edge, since bed rails and center supports usually sit lower than the visible line.
OperationHow long can the Qrevo Slim run on a single charge?
Max runtime is 110 minutes in default mode, which covers roughly 1,500-1,700 sqft depending on floor type and furniture density. Homes larger than 2,000 sqft typically require two cycles per day.
OperationDoes the slim design reduce suction power?
No. Suction is rated at 11,000 Pa, above both the Qrevo S at 7,000 Pa and the Qrevo Master at 10,000 Pa. The slim form affects tank capacity and height, not motor performance.
OperationWhat is the water tank capacity in the Slim's dock?
The dock holds 4 liters clean water and 3 liters wastewater. Runtime on a single tank fill is roughly 1,500 sqft. Larger homes need mid-cycle refilling on the free-standing dock unit.
