Two deductions: the wire sits inset from walls and beds with no dedicated perimeter pass, so a trim strip stays with the owner, and the 70 minute run against a 70 minute charge is a 50 percent duty cycle, so covering the rated area takes days of elapsed time rather than hours.

It reaches the whole area but by an unplanned boundary-wire pattern re-established each run, and M3 says a guide wire should be used so it finds the station more easily.
