Manufacturer documentation supports surface staking with the included pegs, though burying the wire reduces strike damage from other lawn equipment and eliminates a trip hazard. Greenworks supplies 100 m of wire with the mower. A lawn approaching the 1,500 m² rating, or one with island loops around beds and trees, will run past that, so measure the full route before starting.
OperationWhat is the Optimow 15's rated slope limit, and does wet grass reduce safe operating range?
Greenworks EU specs rate the Optimow 15 at 35% gradient. Wire-guided mowers in this class carry a general caution for slopes near the rated limit when grass is wet; operating at maximum gradient in wet conditions is not specifically addressed in available documentation.
CompatibilityDoes the Optimow 15 use home Wi-Fi, or does it need a mobile data signal?
