Homes & Gardens' hands-on test found that after a cup of flour it "just dragged residue around my downstairs living space" and with two tablespoons "it still struggled to fully clean everything up", and on the ketchup and mustard stain "I did have to send it back round again to finish the job after it gave its mops a wash". The tester otherwise runs it daily unattended, so a human closes the loop occasionally rather than routinely.

OperationDoes the J15's IntelliView detect all liquid spills, or will it miss standing water under furniture?

Not all of them. Detection is camera-based, so a spill has to be in view and lit; open-floor liquid is the case the system is built for, and when it identifies one the robot lifts the roller brush and mops the area first. Transparent liquid on reflective flooring was the known hard case for this generation, and anywhere the robot does not drive is not covered.

OperationWhat happens if I refill the dock's water tank while a scheduled clean is in progress?

App notification pauses the scheduled run until manual tank reinsertion triggers resume. Dock does not auto-detect mid-cycle tank changes.

OperationCan I disable the heated drying and run cooler drying to save electricity?

Heating is tied to the dock’s wash cycle; no standalone cooling-only mode exists. Eureka does not publish a per-cycle energy figure for the dock, and we have no measured value, so none is stated here.
