Eufy Clean L60

LiDAR navigation and sub-$300 price anchor this vacuum's appeal. Handles routine cleaning of known spaces reliably when obstacles are minimal. Frequent emptying and modest suction limit scope for large or high-traffic homes.

Will the Eufy Clean L60 work in your home?

Describe your home using the controls. Each choice reads the spec sheet for you, flagging where the Eufy Clean L60 is built for your space and where it isn’t.

OWNERSHIP

Living with it.

Scores 65-75 on stable layouts; cable tangling most common; brush wear every 3-4 months.

Improvingowner-reported arc

The record so far

LiDAR drop-off detection prevents stair falls. Mapping accuracy improved via firmware updates. Failures cluster on cable tangling and dustbin misalignment; no fire or entrapment incidents reported.

Upkeep routine
Each useEvery cycle

Empty and inspect rollers for tangles (2-3 minutes).

Weekly52×/yr

Wipe the window with a soft cloth to maintain mapping accuracy, and wipe the drop sensors on the underside; a dust film on those is what puts a robot down a stair.

Seasonal4×/yr

Replace main and side brush; inspect wheels for hair wrapping.

Clean or replace air if clogged; inspect dock charging pins for debris.

As neededno fixed schedule

Reposition dock if mapping drifts; update app if firmware released.

Common questions

What people actually ask.

7 answered
OperationDoes LiDAR mapping handle multi-floor homes?
Yes. eufy documents Multi-Floor Mapping on the L60 through AI.Map 2.0, so more than one map is saved and a second level does not overwrite the first. The robot and its dock still have to be carried to the level being cleaned; what the feature saves is the re-mapping, not the trip up the stairs.
OperationHow much suction does the L60 have?
eufy rates the L60 at 5,000 Pa and sells the machine on that figure. That is above the 3,000 to 4,000 Pa stated by machines priced well above it when it launched. Pa ratings come from each manufacturer’s own test setup rather than a common standard, so treat it as eufy’s stated figure rather than a cross-brand ranking.
OperationHow often does the dustbin require emptying?
Roughly every one to two cleaning cycles, depending on debris load and floor type. eufy lists the dust collector at 350 ml and there is no self-empty dock, so emptying is a hands-on step at the end of a run.
OperationDoes it avoid cables and thin obstacles?
It has infrared obstacle avoidance rather than a camera, so it detects furniture and larger objects and will not reliably see a phone cable or a sock. The documented way to handle a cable-heavy corner is a no-go zone in the app, set once, rather than clearing the floor before every run.
OperationHow long does battery runtime last per charge?
Approximately 100 minutes on hard floors, reduced on carpet. Sufficient for 800-1000 sqft single-floor homes. Auto-returns to dock when depleted; resume function restarts paused cycles.
OwnershipWhat are the warranty and support terms?
eufy includes a 1-year limited hardware warranty with email and phone support. The L60 series has been discontinued with no restock planned, so how long firmware updates and spare parts continue is not something eufy has stated. On clearance or certified refurbished stock, check what warranty the seller carries rather than assuming the full term.
CompatibilityIs app scheduling complex or subscription-based?
Scheduling, room selection, no-go zones and multi-floor maps are all in the eufy Clean app under AI.Map 2.0. Compatible with Alexa and Google Home. Owner feedback confirms a straightforward app interface and responsive controls. No subscription required.
