No. The Blade has no boundary wire and no wire option. Boundaries are drawn in the app and held by RTK positioning, which is what EcoFlow sells the product on: setting limits without laying wire barriers. There is no perimeter to trench, cut through or repair.
ComparisonHow does RTK accuracy improve on mowing quality versus standard GPS?
RTK achieves centimeter-level accuracy enabling parallel row patterns and consistent perimeter adherence, eliminating the overlap or missed coverage common with standard GPS systems. Owner reports confirm visible pattern consistency across multiple mowing sessions.
OperationWhat happens if Blade loses RTK signal during a mowing session?
Firmware documentation indicates the mower enters safe-hold or dock-return mode, pausing autonomy and returning to the charging station. Recovery requires RTK lock re-establishment, typically within minutes in open sky. Time to resume depends on environmental obstruction.

Current documentation does not confirm Matter, Alexa, or Google Home integration. Control is app-based via EcoFlow proprietary software. Future integration potential exists but is not yet implemented.
OperationHow does weather automation work, and can users override it?
The mower defers sessions during rain or snow based on on-board sensors and weather data, and the deferral can be overridden or retimed in the app. EcoFlow does not publish the rainfall rate that triggers a deferral.
