Pro Tool Reviews let it run about three hours unattended and it "went back and forth in straight lines until it vacuumed the entire bottom of the 20,000-gallon pool" and then the walls, finishing on its own. Against that, PoolBots reports "at least once per cleaning session, I had to manually intervene, repositioning the cleaner," and every source agrees the cordless design requires fishing it out with a hook and recharging by hand after each run, so the loop is closed by a human every time by construction.

Pro Tool Reviews independently calls it "a very methodical approach" with "systematic vertical patterns" on the walls; there is no map or retention, so coverage is re-established every run, and PCWorld notes a handful of silk leaves missed in the L-shaped shallow end on run one that a second run cleared.

No source reports it freeing itself or signaling that it had stalled. The three troubleshooting pages offered for this input are generic content-farm material and one of them applies robot-vacuum boilerplate about loose rugs and dustbins to a pool cleaner, so none were used.
