The C2 is the C1 with more of everything the C1 was short of: longer battery, stronger suction, more path options, and a second filtration stage down to 10 microns. What it does not add is perception. Path selection is still preset rather than planned, so coverage depends on the owner picking the right mode for the pool shape. That is what the C2 Vision charges roughly $200 more to change.

Bob Vila tested this cleaner and reports it covering a pool thoroughly after a full cycle, with running it every other day enough to keep the water clean, and a dual-layer filtration system in which the ultra-fine filter makes a noticeable difference to fine sediment and light algae. Battery life measured right around two hours. The Pool Nerd reaches a similar reading. The job is completed without a human in the loop during the cycle, which is at the 75 state, placed just below for the recharging interruptions noted below.
