Flymo EasiLife 200
A European-market wire-guided mower designed for simplicity over connectivity. The appeal is straightforward autonomy without cloud dependencies or app friction.

Will the Flymo EasiLife 200 work on your yard?
Describe your yard using the controls. Each choice reads the spec sheet for you, flagging where the Flymo EasiLife 200 is built for your space and where it isn’t.
A classification of fit for the conditions you set, not a recommendation. Verdicts describe engineering design intent, not test results.
Living with it.
Mechanical timer simplicity reduces software failure risk; wire-guidance system is straightforward; consumable maintenance is steady but documented.
Unprovenowner-reported arc
Launched in 2020; UK/EU owner-report data is limited. Husqvarna's manufacturing standards apply. No major recalls documented. Predictable wear patterns: blade dullness within 3-4 weeks, seasonal wire breaks common in UK climates with heavy precipitation.
Inspect for visible breaks or loosening; clear grass clippings from the deck.
Replace the as cutting quality declines. These are thin flip-and-replace razor blades and must not be sharpened: sharpening removes the coating they rely on and can cause a blade to break on a machine that runs unattended. Replacement blades are available from Husqvarna suppliers.
Check the dock charging and wipe them clean if oxidation appears.
Test -wire continuity after rain or heavy lawn maintenance; repair or re-bury wire if needed.
Before the first cut of the season, confirm the lift and tilt cutoffs stop the and that the bumper triggers on ; clean the underside of the chassis and the drive wheels.

CautionSpinning blade during scheduled mowingAutonomous operation occurs on a schedule without human presence. Blade contact risk for pets or objects in the yard.
-
No remote monitoring or emergency stopWithout app or wireless control, the owner cannot remotely stop the robot if a hazard appears during mowing.
