Eureka J15 Ultra

ScrubExtend is the defining hardware: a swing-arm mop that extends past the chassis to reach edges, corners and table legs, where a round robot normally leaves a border. FlexiRise covers the other half of the problem, raising the mop up to 12 mm when the robot detects carpet. Navigation is LiDAR paired with IntelliView vision, which is where the rest of the machine's autonomy sits.

Yes. FlexiRise, Eureka’s dynamic lifting system, raises the mop up to 12 mm when the robot detects carpet. ScrubExtend is the separate swing-arm system that extends the mop to reach edges, not the lifting mechanism. Manual no-mop zones remain available for deep pile and delicate rugs.
OwnershipHow often do mop pads need manual replacement on the J15 Ultra?
The dock washes and dries the pads after each run, so day-to-day replacement is not part of the routine. Pads are a wear item: inspect them monthly and replace when the surface is matted or fraying.
OperationCan the J15 Ultra handle multi-floor homes with one dock?
Yes, but with caveats. Manufacturer docs report the robot stores separate floor maps on request. Manual dock relocation between floors is required; automatic floor-hopping is not supported.
OperationWhat is the water tank capacity and how long does it run per fill?
Eureka publishes both station tanks: 4 L clean and 3.4 L dirty, alongside a 3 L dust bag rated for 75 days.
