Eufy RoboVac X10 Pro Omni

Dock automation eliminates the pad-swap friction of traditional mop models while LiDAR mapping adapts multi-room layouts with persistent memory. Delivers practical Level III autonomy across hard-floor homes, offset by maintenance demands and navigation blind spots on reflective surfaces.

Position shows where the figure sits across the tracked category, not a quality judgment. Suction in Pascals has no standard test method, and the published figure is a peak-mode claim, so it is comparable only within a brand and generation.

OWNERSHIP

Living with it.

Strong firmware stability post-Q2 2024 with one dock motor revision; dock filter clogging primary failure between 90-180 days.

12+ month owner reports track stable LiDAR performance. Dock filter clogging most common failure occurring between 90-180 days depending on dust load; no widespread battery degradation in first 24 months.

Upkeep routine
Weekly52×/yr
Refill the dock's 3 L clean-water tank and empty the dirty-water tank; check the dust bag status indicator.
Monthly12×/yr
Inspect mop pads for hardened residue, soak in warm water if soiled, replace if fraying visible. Wipe out the dock wash tray.
Seasonal4×/yr
Replace dock HEPA pre-filter (~$20-30). Rinse the water tanks with clean water only; do not put vinegar or other household acids through the dock water circuit, as they corrode pump seals and valves. · Deep clean the dock wash chamber with a soft brush to prevent mold in the water passages, especially in humid climates.
As neededno fixed schedule
Replace the 2.5 L dust bag when the station reports it full, typically around 60 days. Clear the LiDAR lens and secondary camera of dust if navigation accuracy degrades between scheduled cleanings.

Safety notes

CautionHot water heating element hazard: Heating chamber reaches 140F; no mechanical guard prevents accidental contact during dock access.

NoteSelf-empty motor noise: 80-85dB peak during 15-20 second cycle; unsuitable for light-sleeper households near bedrooms.

NoteBacterial growth in stagnant water: Drain dock if unused exceeding 7 days; recirculation of dust-laden air negates filtration if exhaust blocked.

Common questions

What people actually ask.

7 answered
OperationDoes the X10 Pro Omni need a dedicated circuit for the dock?
No. The station runs from a standard 120V household outlet, and no dedicated-circuit requirement appears in eufy’s documentation for it. eufy publishes no current-draw figure for the station. The station is also not plumbed and cannot be fed from a basin or a supply line: its 3 L clean-water tank is filled by hand, and the robot refills its own onboard tank from that reservoir during a run.
OwnershipHow often do consumables need replacement?
Dock HEPA pre-filter quarterly (~$20-30); microfiber mop pads every 4-8 weeks (~$15-20 per pair) depending on dust load. Eufy offers subscription bundles; third-party replacements are available but may accelerate wear.
OperationCan it handle multi-floor homes?
No. Like all consumer robo-vacuums, the unit cannot traverse stairs. Multi-floor coverage requires manual relocation between floors or separate units per level.
OperationWhat happens if the water tank runs empty mid-cycle?
The robot refills itself. It returns to the station during a run and tops up its onboard tank from the dock’s 3 L clean-water reservoir, then resumes from where it stopped. The tank the owner fills is the one in the station; only when that reservoir runs dry does the robot pause and the app ask for a refill.
CompatibilityIs app-based room boundary essential or can physical barriers work?
App no-go zones are the primary control method. Physical barriers (doors, gates) work alongside but do not override LiDAR scanning. Combination of digital boundaries and physical closure is optimal for most homes.
CompatibilityDoes the X10 Pro Omni integrate with smart home systems?
eufy lists Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for this model. Voice commands handle start and stop, though room-specific scheduling still requires the app interface. Apple HomeKit is not among the listed integrations, and no eufy statement of Matter support for this model could be located.
OperationHow does performance degrade on uneven tile grout?
Consistent performance is documented on grout lines up to 6mm depth. Deeper troughs may cause the mop pad to skip sections. Grout depth affects mopping contact, not navigation.
