en.techreviewer.de ran the L20 Ultra as a household machine for six months and reports the mop washing, tank refilling and hot-air drying cycle "all works fully automatically and without manual intervention." Pro Tool Reviews describes the only remaining owner step between runs as keeping "the clean water filled and the dirty water empty and occasionally refill the detergent supply," so the loop closes on the floor job but not on tank service.
