Trusted Reviews' flour test found 'hard floor performance was faultless, with the robot vac picking up every bit of mess,' and NotEnoughTech's deliberate spill of coffee, milk, jam, soy sauce, broth and ketchup was 'left clean and without smears.' The loop is closed by hand on the mop side, since the tank is filled and the pad fitted and washed every run, Trusted Reviews notes it refuses to start on carpet and 'will speak and say that you need to carry it to a hard floor area to start,' and Homes and Gardens 'had to pick up the robot and place it on the charger' when it failed to return.

Tech Advisor lists 'app can only store one map' and 'occasional navigation issues,' and BestCordlessVacuumGuide found that although it covers each area twice, its coverage test still showed a missed area.

One recurring mode is documented as an as-needed task rather than a fault: hair and fiber block the suction path between the motor and the dock and must be cleared, which stops the self-empty function until a person intervenes. And the sourcing is thin for a dependability claim, with the press review channel marked pending and carrying no links at all, so the failure evidence is owner-forum and retail text plus YouTube teardowns.

Almost everything else is hands-on and one task recurs every run: the mop cloth is rinsed and dried and the 0.24 liter tank emptied after each wet run, because no part of the mopping circuit is automated. Around that sit a weekly camera lens wipe, which this navigation design makes load-bearing rather than cosmetic, a weekly bag-level check, a monthly exhaust vent and filter clean and wheel-wrap check, as-needed clearing of the motor-to-dock suction path, and a seasonal dock moisture inspection in humid climates.
