It empties the robot into a dust bag Roborock rates for up to seven weeks, washes the mop pads in 167F water, dries them with 113F warm air, refills the robot’s water tank, and runs a hot-water self-clean on its own tray. Dirt detection can trigger an automatic rewash of the pads mid-session.
OperationDoes the Qrevo Edge S5A mop as well as vacuum?
Yes. Two spinning mop pads turn at 200 RPM with 30 water-flow settings, and one pad extends outward to reach edges and baseboards. On carpet the pads lift 10 mm automatically, so hard floors and carpet are covered in the same pass without wetting the carpet.
OperationWhat is the runtime on a single charge?
Roborock rates the 5,200 mAh pack at up to 190 minutes, covering roughly 1,440 sq ft. Higher suction, mopping and carpet all shorten it; larger floors recharge and resume.
CompatibilityDoes the Qrevo Edge S5A support 5 GHz WiFi?
No. The robot connects to 2.4 GHz networks only. Homes running 5 GHz-only networks will need a separate 2.4 GHz access point for setup and control.
