A robot tester's posts collected on redditrecs.com rate the L10s Ultra 8.2/10 for obstacle avoidance, the best of the cheap models they had tested, and state that it "does well on hard floor, but it can struggle on carpet," with a Tri-cut brush recommended to agitate carpet debris out. The same tester says that for a 65 square meter apartment "it will absolutely vacuum and mop fine," so the job gets finished on hard floors while carpet routinely needs help.

No. The dock washes the pads in room-temperature water and then dries them with hot air, which runs around 45C (113F). Heated washing belongs to the L10s Pro Ultra Heat, a separate and more expensive Dreame model that washes at 58C (136F).

OperationDoes the Dreame L10s Ultra require distilled water only, or can tap water work?

Tap water. Dreame does not specify distilled or demineralized water for this model, and the dock has no water heating element for deposits to collect in. The clean-water tank and the wash tray rinse out with water.
