eufy E20

Modular form trades dock simplicity for multi-tool flexibility. Vacuum and stick share the same dustbin; the handheld is the differentiation point from typical flagships.

Common questions

What people actually ask.

5 answered
OperationDoes the detached handheld use the same battery as the vacuum base?
Yes. There is one detachable core unit carrying the battery and the dustbin. It lifts out of the robot chassis and drops into the stick wand or the handheld grip, so every configuration runs on the same pack.
OperationCan all three modules run simultaneously or must they swap sequentially?
Sequentially. There is one motorized core, so the robot, the stick and the handheld cannot run at the same time; the core is moved from one to the next. There are no redundant battery packs.
OperationWhat happens if the handheld's battery dies mid-staircase?
No auto-resumption; owner must dock, recharge, and restart. The tether to dock timing affects multi-story workflow.
OperationIs mop capability included in the E20 or vacuum-only?
Vacuum only. The E20 does not mop in any configuration, and eufy directs shoppers who want mopping to the E28.
ComparisonHow does dock footprint compare to single-unit flagships?
There is one detachable core rather than three powered modules, so the base does not need extra bays to hold a set of them. eufy publishes the E20’s dimensions and they are recorded in this entry’s specifications.
