Gizmodo found it "very good at both vacuuming and object avoidance" and a good candidate for set-and-forget scheduling, but on squirted ketchup "it got most of it, but left some smears – and tracked some onto the rug in front of its base", and concluded "its mopping performance is too low a low", preferring to mop by hand; the handheld FlexiOne module that covers those messes is operated by a person, while an E28 owner posting to r/RobotVacuums reports the roller mop does lift real dirt ("the color of the water in the dirty water tank has been rather eye-opening").
