eufy Omni E28

The mop is on the chassis. eufy's HydroJet roller washes itself against a dual scraper as the robot runs, lifts for carpet and presses down on hard floors, so vacuuming and mopping happen in one pass like any other combo. FlexiOne is an extra: a detachable handheld deep cleaner stored in the station for stairs, upholstery and spot messes the robot cannot reach. The station empties the robot into a 3 L bag, washes and hot-air dries the mop, doses detergent and refills its own clean water.

OWNERSHIP

Living with it.

Eufy's core vacuum line is stable; detachable washer adds unproven mechanical complexity to dock reliability.

Anker's 2024-2025 release cadence shows consistent firmware support on established models. Modular washer dock and water supply integration are novel; field data on long-term pump durability and seal integrity absent.

Common questions

What people actually ask.

5 answered
OperationWhat is FlexiOne, and does the robot still mop without it?
FlexiOne is a detachable handheld deep cleaner stored in the station, used by hand on stairs, upholstery and spot messes. The robot mops on its own with the HydroJet roller whether or not FlexiOne is in use; the two are separate tools.
OperationDoes the E28 vacuum and mop in the same pass?
Yes. The HydroJet roller mop is fixed to the chassis and runs with the vacuum, washing itself against a dual scraper as it goes. It lifts when the robot crosses onto carpet.
OperationHow much water handling does the owner do?
The station refills the robot’s clean water itself, enough for up to 5,000 sq ft of cleaning, and collects used water in a 1.8 L tank. The owner tops up the station’s clean supply and empties the waste tank. Detergent is dosed automatically from a supply eufy rates at about six months.
OperationHow often does the dust bag need changing?
The station empties the robot into a 3 L sealed bag that eufy rates at up to 75 days. It is replaced rather than emptied.
ComparisonHow does E28 pricing compare to traditional vacuum-mop combos?
eufy lists the E28 at $1,399.99. The premium over a standard combo covers the station’s auto-empty, mop washing, hot-air drying, automatic detergent dosing and self-refilling, plus the FlexiOne handheld.
