Roborock RockAqua P1

A cordless pool robot built for sun shelves: the maker says it keeps cleaning in water 15 cm deep, where many pool robots lose their footing, and parks itself at the waterline when a cycle ends. Everything beyond the spec sheet is still unshown.

Common questions

What people actually ask.

5 answered
OperationWhen can I buy the RockAqua P1 in the US?
No US date has been announced. The first reported launch is Australia and New Zealand in January 2027, with pricing still to be confirmed.
OperationDoes the RockAqua P1 need a cable to the pool deck?
No. Roborock’s German product page calls it a cordless pool cleaner, so it runs on its own battery.

Roborock says it cleans in water as shallow as 15 cm, alongside the floor, walls and waterline. That claim has not yet been demonstrated in independent coverage.
OperationHow long does the RockAqua P1 run on a charge?
Up to 3.5 hours for a floor cycle, per the specification Roborock released at IFA. Wall and waterline runtime has not been published.
OwnershipWhat filter does the RockAqua P1 use?
A reusable two-stage filter, 180 micron plus 70 micron, emptying from a 4-liter basket.
