No. Launch coverage lists no mop washing, drying, hot-water washing or detergent dispensing. The dock empties dust; the flat pad is washed by hand.

OperationWill the C14 Pro Plus drag a wet pad across my rugs?

It has no mop lift. Independent lab testing reports it uses carpet detection to avoid carpet in vacuum-and-mop mode, and no-mop zones can fence off rugs.
