Robot Vacuum Stops Before Finishing? Fixes
What is going wrong

- Getting stuck or trapped: Cords, rug tassels, thresholds, or low furniture can wedge the robot until it gives up and halts.
- A navigation or map error: If the robot loses its place, it may end the run believing the job is done or that it cannot continue safely.
Step-by-step fixes

Charge fully before testing.
Let the robot sit on the dock to a complete charge, confirm the dock contacts are clean, and run a full cycle to see how far it gets.

Empty the bin and clear airflow.
Remove the dustbin, tap out the filter, and check the intake and main brush for wrapped hair. Restricted airflow is a frequent cause of early shutdowns.

Remove hazards from the floor.
Lift cords, move light rugs, and block off spots where the robot repeatedly wedges. Fewer traps mean fewer interrupted runs.

Reset the map and boundaries.
Delete and rebuild the map so no-go zones and room edges match the current layout, then start a fresh full-house run.

Update firmware, then observe.

If the battery is fully charged, the airflow is clear, and the floor is free of traps but the robot still quits early, the cause may be internal.
