Why the schedule and reality disagree

A mower follows the clock and rules it holds internally, and those can differ from what you expect. Many models let you set times both in the app and on the unit itself, and if the two disagree, the mower may follow the one you did not mean to change. A time zone set wrong, or a clock that has drifted after a power loss, shifts every start. Rain delays push the start later. And a manual start or a second overlapping schedule or zone can send the mower out when you thought it was done.

Fix it in order

Work through these from the top. Start by settling which schedule is in charge.

1. Set the schedule in one place only. Decide whether you control times from the app or on the unit, then clear the other so they cannot conflict. Check the manual for where your model stores its schedule.
2. Confirm the time zone and clock. Make sure the mower’s time zone matches yours and the clock reads the correct current time. A drifted or default clock shifts every start.
3. Remove duplicate or overlapping schedules. If your model supports multiple schedules or zones, look for two that overlap and delete the one you do not want.
4. Check the rain delay. A rain-delay setting can push a start hours later than planned. Review how long the delay runs and whether it is currently active.
5. Cancel lingering manual starts. A manual or one-off start can override the schedule. Send the mower back to base and clear any active manual run in the app.
6. Re-sync after any change. Save the schedule and let the app and mower sync so both hold the same plan. Confirm the next start time shown matches what you set.

Settings worth checking

• App versus unit control. Changing times on the unit after setting them in the app can silently replace your app schedule, or the reverse. Keep to one.
• Daylight saving shifts. A clock that does not adjust for daylight saving runs an hour off until you correct it.
• Zone timers. Per-zone schedules can stack. Read each zone’s start and duration so they do not chain into one long run.
• Battery and charge windows. A mower still charging at the scheduled time starts late once it is ready. Check the manual for how your model handles a missed slot.
