Narwal Freo Z10 Turbo

The station does the mop work: it refills the robot’s water tank automatically, washes the mops in 113 to 167F water, dries them with 104F air and dispenses detergent on its own. What remains for the owner is the station’s own clean and dirty water tanks.

Released May 2026 means firmware is young; reliability and edge-case handling remain unproven compared to Narwal’s established Z-series models.

TP-Link Tapo RV30 Plus

Suction at 4,200 Pa reflects the mid-tier price point. Owner reports show capable performance on hard floors and low-pile carpet, with slower hair pickup on deep pile than 8,000+ Pa models achieve.

The auto-empty dock uses a 4 liter sealed bag that TP-Link rates for up to 70 days between changes. At that interval the consumable runs roughly five bags a year at $5-8 each, invisible at purchase but part of total cost of ownership.

Homes needing verified deep-pile carpet performance
CarpetFocus seals the brush chamber with a physical cover to concentrate suction on carpet, and the mop lifts 12 mm (0.47 in) clear of it. Narwal states no pile-depth limit and publishes no shag-specific data, so deep pile is unverified for this model.
Disconnected or unreliable Wi-Fi environments
App control and scheduling depend on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connectivity. Homes with spotty coverage or 5 GHz-only networks will encounter functionality limits.
Very large homes where a per-charge runtime figure matters
Narwal publishes no runtime per charge for the Z10 Turbo. Homes that need to size a single unbroken run against square footage have no manufacturer figure to work from.
