As of mid-2025, the S1 Pro is stocked by Amazon (Fulfilled by Aiper and third-party sellers), the Aiper direct store, and select pool supply distributors. Firmware updates were released at approximately 6-month intervals across the first 18 months. Aiper support documentation has been revised to incorporate owner-reported edge cases, indicating active product stewardship.

WiFi connectivity issues: most common report category, addressed by firmware; rate decreased post-update. LiDAR mapping failures: concentrated in pools with high seasonal debris; Aiper pre-cleaning guidance reduces incidence.
