The original design and price point were competitive for its class, but that original value is now weighed against a sold-out official US store and signs of a neglected product catalog.

The DirtSense re-wash is a mop-quality advantage bought with dock trips. The Freo washes its pads every 8 to 12 square meters by design and DirtSense adds more on top, so a mopping run is a series of short passes between wash cycles rather than one continuous sweep.
