eufy publishes 55 dB, and the quiet comes with modest suction: higher-powered machines run louder and move more air. The 15C trades pickup on deep pile for a noise level that suits shared walls.

Shark ION Robot 750

App scheduling and voice control arrived early for the price tier, but navigation is sensor-reactive, so coverage is approximate and cleaning order is not controllable.
