Ecovacs Deebot T30S Pro

Dock self-washes mops but requires active water-tank management; heated cycles consume power and introduce mineral-scale risk absent in air-drying models.

Spinning mops add a dock-dependent subsystem: pads lift 9 mm on carpet detection and wash at the station between runs, so mopping is only as available as the station’s tanks are kept filled and drained.

ROIDMI EVA

The dock is designed to self-empty and self-wash mop pads, but an independent review found the design under-delivered on both counts in practice, before the manufacturer’s closure removed any path to a fix.

Remaining retail inventory can still be found through some third-party channels, but buying it now means buying a robot with no manufacturer support of any kind.

  • Monthly: Run dock heating descale cycle; filter replacement if clogged.
  • Every 3-6 months: Replace spinning-mop pads (cost pending; estimate $15-30 per set).
  • Seasonally: Deep-clean dock heating chamber and valve assemblies.

  • After every use: Pull the mop pads to air-dry after mopping runs; an independent review found the dock’s drying cycle left pads damp more than 12 hours later.
  • Weekly: Refill the dock’s clean-water tank and empty the dirty-water tank.
  • Monthly: Rinse the dock’s wash tray, check the dual spinning pads for wear, and wipe the LiDAR turret and infrared sensors.
  • As needed: Replace the dust bag; ROIDMI rated it for roughly 60 days per bag.
