All robot vacuums. Every figure below is placed against the whole class, so a gap can be read against how much the class itself varies.
The conditions each robot was assessed against, side by side. Rows marked in gold are where these machines genuinely differ.
| Condition | Deebot T30S Pro | eufy Omni C30 Edge |
|---|---|---|
| Home size | ||
| Under 1,500 sqftthey differ | GoodCapable but overkill for compact homes; cheaper Ecovacs entry models deliver base cleaning function. | DependsRuntime and coverage are unpublished before launch. |
| 1,500 – 3,000they differ | GoodSingle-session coverage typical for this size; dock placement accommodates standard home layouts. | DependsNo battery or runtime figure exists yet to confirm coverage at this size. |
| Over 3,000 | DependsWill require multi-session cleaning or extended dock recharge cycles; segment standard for mainstream tier. | DependsNo runtime, coverage area or large-home test has been published. |

| Hard floors | GoodSpinning mops and suction optimized for tile, laminate, and sealed hard floors. | GoodDual rotating mops and an extending mop head target hard floors like kitchens and bathrooms, per eufy. |
| Low / medium pile | DependsMop-carpet interaction undocumented; avoid no-mop zones or test with discrete room scheduling. | Dependseufy targets carpeted areas, but mop lift on rugs has not been published. |
| High pile / shagthey differ | PoorSpinning mops designed for hard-floor contact; lift mechanism unconfirmed for high-pile avoidance. | DependsNo mop lift figure or carpet test exists for this model before launch. |

A robot being poor for a condition is a fact about fit, not a fault. “Depends” means the record names a limit worth reading, not that the answer is unknown.
A number only means something next to the spread it sits in. Each track is the real range across every classified robot in the class, with the median marked.
Not compared, because fewer than two of these robots carry a published figure: Runtime, Charge time, Noise, Weight, Height.
Written on each record, and the only thing here every robot on the site carries.
What each design gives up to be good at what it is good at.
Dock self-washes mops but requires active water-tank management; heated cycles consume power and introduce mineral-scale risk absent in air-drying models.
Spinning mops add a dock-dependent subsystem: pads lift 9 mm on carpet detection and wash at the station between runs, so mopping is only as available as the station’s tanks are kept filled and drained.
The extending mop head is the only announced difference from the C30, so the extra $100 buys edge reach and nothing eufy has documented beyond it.
Stated by the record itself. A robot being wrong for a household is a fact about fit, not a fault.
The upkeep ownership hands back to you, whatever the autonomy level says.
Classifications rest on different depths of evidence. A pre-release assessment and a verified one are not the same kind of claim.

Evidence status counts the sources behind a classification, not their kind. A high count can be maker documentation and price coverage, so read it as how much was reviewed rather than as independent testing. How we weigh evidence.
