Will any of these robots handle a mixed tile-and-low-pile-carpet apartment without manual intervention?

The 3i G10+ is the only one of the four with a mop lift, rated at 10 mm. The Bissell SpinWave Robot detects carpet in mop mode and stays on hard floor. The Proscenic M8 Pro's mop plate does not lift, so it is unclipped before a run that crosses carpet. The Anker Eufy RoboVac L70 Hybrid has no lift either, and eufy's manual says not to mop on carpet and to set a No-Mop zone. All four vacuum low-pile carpet.

Is the Bissell SpinWave Robot's rotating-pad mechanism a meaningful advantage over drag pads?

None of these robots' records compares pad pressure or measures mopping results against a drag pad. The Bissell SpinWave Robot mops sealed hard and wood floors with dual spinning pads, and in mop mode it detects carpet and stays off it. It still vacuums low-pile carpet and rugs in vacuum mode. One hands-on reviewer reports retiring her hand mop, and every wet run ends with rinsing both pads by hand.

Only the 3i G10+ record prices its parts: side brushes at $8 to $12 a pair, mop pads at $6 to $10 and filters at $15 to $25, with onboard compression stretching bin emptying to roughly every 60 days. The Proscenic M8 Pro's dock bag is rated for up to 90 days, and the Bissell SpinWave Robot's filter cartridge is replaced quarterly. Does the 3i G10+'s suction make a practical difference on apartment hard floors?

None of these robots' records names apartments under 800 sq ft as a design target. Independent testing found the 3i G10+ cleaned the full 700 sq ft it could reach on one charge. The Anker Eufy RoboVac L70 Hybrid record lists compact homes under 2,000 sq ft as a fit. The Bissell SpinWave Robot is the smallest at 12.3 x 13 x 3.3 in, but it keeps no map and is carried to each room. Listed runtimes range from 100 to 250 minutes.

What a wet-and-dry robot gives a small home

The four carry 150 to 400 mL of mop water. The M8 Pro is the only one found with a self-emptying station, and its maker's own store lists only accessories. The L70 Hybrid and G10+ charge on a plain base. The L70 Hybrid mops 30 to 70 minutes per fill.

Do any of these empty themselves?

Only the M8 Pro has a station that does, per a hands-on review. The G10+ and L70 Hybrid charge on a plain base, and nothing was found for the SpinWave.

Can I buy all four new in the US today?
