25,000 Pa suction, up from 18,500 Pa on the first Qrevo Edge
Documented findingLaunch coverage repeats the maker's rated figure; independent suction measurements were not part of the launch reports.A 3.14-inch body that reaches under low furniture
Documented findingThe height comes from the maker's specification and depends on the LiDAR turret retracting; clearance in real homes was not reported at launch.Recognizes more than 280 object types
Documented findingThe count is the maker's own; launch coverage did not test how reliably the robot avoids cables, socks or pet waste.Hot-water mop washing and warm-air drying in the dock
Documented findingDescribed as a stated dock feature; mildew and odor results over months of use were not yet reported by owners.Evidence2 sources · all linked
Technical notes4 sections
Body and Navigation
The maker lists the Qrevo Edge 2 at 3.14 inches (7.98 cm) tall. The height is reached with a retractable LiDAR turret that lowers when the robot works under furniture. Obstacle detection pairs structured light with an RGB camera.
Cleaning System
Rated suction is 25,000 Pa, compared with 18,500 Pa on the first Qrevo Edge. A split main brush, described by the maker as DuoDivide, is meant to limit hair tangling. Dual spinning mop pads press with about 8 newtons of force, lift 10 millimeters on detected carpet, and an extending pad reaches along edges.
Dock
The dock empties the dust bin automatically, washes the mop pads in 176 degrees Fahrenheit water and dries them with warm air.
