Vacuum Wars published its review of the Roborock Q7 M5 on July 15, 2025, and has updated the page since (last updated June 10, 2026). TechRadar published Ruth Hamilton’s review on July 20, 2025, under the headline “a brilliant budget bot with bouncy suspension”. TechRadar tested the base Q7 M5 with the charge-only dock and notes that the Q7 M5+ (auto-empty dock, $429.99) and Q7 M5 Max+ (auto-empty and refill dock, $599.99) use the same robot.
