Technical notes3 sectionsSpanish Launch
Launch coverage dated May 27, 2026 reports that the RCW range, made up of the RCW 2 and RCW 4, is available in Spain through Kärcher’s online store and its Kärcher Center locations. The RCW 4 is priced at 269.95 euros.
Listed Specifications
The coverage lists six spray nozzles on the RCW 4, against two on the RCW 2, and sensors that detect frames and edges so frameless glass can be cleaned. It names four automatic programs (quick, intensive, spot and edge cleaning) selected from a remote control, anti-slip wheels, and suction of 3,300 Pa. Cleaning speed is given as about 2.5 minutes per square meter, with an emergency battery and a 4-meter safety rope.
Pricing Context
The maker’s September 2025 sheet gave a German recommended price of 249.99 euros including VAT for the RCW 4 and availability from December 2025. The Spanish price is higher by 20 euros. Sales in Germany and other markets may have begun earlier than this regional launch; the coverage does not say.

Technical notes4 sections
Hardware
The RCW 4 has a square body with microfiber pads that the maker says reach into corners. Six pump-operated spray nozzles wet the cleaning pad directly, which the maker says prevents spray mist in windy conditions. Four sensors detect frames, objects and the edges of frameless glass.
Operation
The manufacturer lists a cleaning speed of 2.5 minutes per square meter and five cleaning modes, four automatic and one manual, with a remote control. A status light at the start button and voice output report the device state and active mode. The robot returns to its starting point when a cycle ends so it can be removed safely.
Safety
An improved safety battery holds the robot on the glass for at least 40 minutes during a power failure, and a safety rope secures it if it becomes unstable.
Uses and Availability
The release names large and hard-to-reach windows, shower cubicles, large mirrors, and walls and tiles without joints. The sheet that accompanied it gave a recommended price of 249.99 euros including VAT and availability from December 2025. The RCW 2 was announced in the same release at 199.99 euros. The release is datelined September 2025; the show ran September 5 to 9.
