Head to head

Dreame L60 Pro Ultra vs L60 Ultra PE: what’s different?

Two Dreame trims launched together. This page sets out which hardware and figures differ between them, from climbing legs to bin size.

A black robot vacuum rides nose-up over a raised stone door saddle into a bathroom, pushed up by two small legs on the bedroom boards behind it, while a white robot vacuum beside it waits with its bumper against the saddle.

What is different

The hardware and figures that set the trims apart

The Pro Ultra adds climbing legs and a LiDAR that retracts to 3.5 in. A hands-on test had it cross a 2.01 in (51 mm) threshold; the PE crossed 0.75 in (19 mm) and failed at 0.98 in (25 mm). The Pro also lists 35,000 vs 30,000 Pa, a 300 ml vs 250 ml bin, and 220 vs 240 minutes.

Fit CheckL60 Pro Ultra and L60 Ultra PE carry the same verdict on every condition their Fit Checks share, so a fit control would give the same answer for each. Each robot’s own page has its full Fit Check.

A black robot vacuum with its LiDAR lowered flush has slid most of the way under a low green sofa, while a white robot vacuum beside it is stuck half under, its raised gold LiDAR turret against the sofa's edge.

Questions

What readers ask

What is the main hardware difference?

The Pro Ultra has ProLeap legs and a LiDAR that retracts to 3.5 in. The PE has a fixed LiDAR turret and no legs. A test crossed 2.01 in on the Pro and 0.75 in on the PE.

Is the PE's smaller bin a problem?

Its onboard bin is 250 ml against 300 ml on the Pro Ultra. Both docks use a 3.2 L bag. A hands-on review noted the bin is small, but no emptying-frequency test was found.

Is there long-term reliability data?

None was found: no failure rates, repair data or long-term owner surveys for either model.
