Ecovacs
Up to three
All robot vacuums. Every figure below is placed against the whole class, so a gap can be read against how much the class itself varies.
The conditions each robot was assessed against, side by side. Rows marked in gold are where these machines genuinely differ.
| Condition | Ecovacs Deebot T90 Ma… | Deebot N30 Omni |
|---|---|---|
| Home size | ||
| Under 1,500 sqftthey differ | DependsNo published runtime or coverage area; battery is documented only as 5,200 mAh with no stated minutes. | GoodUp to 320 minutes runtime in quiet mode (manufacturer) comfortably covers compact home layouts in a single cleaning run. |
| 1,500 – 3,000 | DependsCoverage and runtime figures are undocumented at launch beyond a 5,200 mAh battery spec. | DependsNo published per-charge square-footage coverage exists; 320-minute quiet-mode runtime is the only documented battery figure for mid-size homes. |
| Over 3,000 | DependsNo coverage-area or runtime data exists yet to confirm single-charge performance across large homes. | DependsAn independent review found the app's automatic room segmentation needed manual correction, a friction that compounds across larger, more complex layouts. |
| Primary floors | ||
| Hard floors | GoodOZMO Roller 3.0 is built for hard floors, with 32-way water jets and a scraper limiting residue redistribution. | GoodAn independent review found it needs added detergent to fully remove tough, dried stains like ketchup or mud. |
| Low / medium pile | GoodA 15 mm auto mop lift and ZeroTangle 4.0 brushes are documented for low-pile carpet and rug transitions. | GoodAn independent review measured very good initial carpet pickup performance on low-to-medium pile flooring. |
| High pile / shag | DependsEcovacs' spec sheet does not address thick-pile performance; no independent suction test on high-pile carpet exists. | DependsThe mop pad lifts on carpet detection to avoid wetting rugs, but no independent test measured pickup on high-pile carpet specifically. |

A robot being poor for a condition is a fact about fit, not a fault. “Depends” means the record names a limit worth reading, not that the answer is unknown.
A number only means something next to the spread it sits in. Each track is the real range across every classified robot in the class, with the median marked.
Not compared, because fewer than two of these robots carry a published figure: Runtime, Charge time, Noise, Weight.
Written on each record, and the only thing here every robot on the site carries.
What each design gives up to be good at what it is good at.
A day-one listing: the 40,000 Pa suction figure and OZMO Roller 3.0 mopping claims are Ecovacs’ own numbers, with no independent lab or hands-on test yet published.
The dock self-washes and dries the mop pad without owner action, but an independent review found it still needs added detergent and multiple passes to fully lift tough, dried stains.
LDS laser navigation and TrueMapping 2.0 build and retain room maps efficiently, but without camera-based sensing an independent review documented one collision with a placed obstacle it should have avoided.
Stated by the record itself. A robot being wrong for a household is a fact about fit, not a fault.
The upkeep ownership hands back to you, whatever the autonomy level says.
Classifications rest on different depths of evidence. A pre-release assessment and a verified one are not the same kind of claim.

Evidence status counts the sources behind a classification, not their kind. A high count can be maker documentation and price coverage, so read it as how much was reviewed rather than as independent testing. How we weigh evidence.
